Trainings

To ensure that you and your employees are always up to date, we coach you in sales, technical and tool trainings. The most important thing about it: Our focus is on practice. Our trainers draw on many years of experience. They know the little tricks that can't be found in any manual and know how to easily avoid the most common sources of error. In addition to the practical exercises, there is sufficient time during the training sessions to answer questions from the field.

Supply Chain

Thanks to our storage facilities, we can make products available at short notice, flexibly and on time. Together with you, we optimize the rollout phase of your project: Whether the delivery is to different locations or at different times, everything runs smoothly. Even in retrospect, we can easily answer special inquiries about technical data of the delivered products.

Installation Support

Is it better to sell a new product without being familiar with the technical intricacies or to be familiar with all the details without having a customer for the solution? Our installation support is your way out of this the-chicken-or-the-egg problem: Our technicians are at your side from the very beginning and support you so that everything runs smoothly. Step by step, you will gain the necessary knowledge, but you can always count on our professionals for tricky questions.

Service Renewals

As numerous as our partner manufacturers are, their handling of service renewals is just as complex. Our specialists take this burden off your shoulders, proactively remind you and help you renew your maintenance contracts. That way, you can focus on your clients and your final customers can continue to rely on manufacturer support.

RMA

We bring structure to the often troublesome RMA process and ensure that all required information is retrieved and available. No matter whether it is a warranty case, dead-on-arrival products or maintenance orders: We show you the right way with each of our partner manufacturers. If requested or available from the manufacturer, we also offer repairs. This allows you to focus on the essentials.
