We offer free technical support to registered technicians of our certified partners on a best-effort basis for all products purchased through AVAD.
Upon request, we are also happy to provide a proposal for remote or onsite installation services.

The preferred way for questions to technical support is the online ticket portal.
To process support requests faster and more efficiently, we use a ticket system. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number that allows you to quickly and easily track the status online. As a convenience, we archive your support requests for you so that you can access them at a later date. To open a ticket, you need a valid email address.
