This training course is specifically designed for technicians in the IT or telecommunications industry and for professional PBX administrators. It is not designed for participants from sales, presales or end customer administrators.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of telecommunications
• Basic knowledge of TCP / IP
• Understanding of English technical texts
• Administrator rights and skills on your laptop
• Experienced use of web-based applications
• Workstation with Windows 10 operating system, current browser (FF, Chrome, not Internet Explorer), email and administration rights
• Installed innovaphone training hardware*

• Set up of the basic system
• User interface myApps Client
• User management
• Use of trunk lines
• Managing devices with the Devices app
• Waiting queues
• Advanced PBX configuration
• More apps
• Remote and mobile clients
• Use of the individual device UI (advanced UI) The topic is only touched upon. Participation in training module 2 (innovaphone Technician Advanced Training) is recommended for the support of pre-V13 installations.

Exam

The training ends with a final exam. Successfully passing the exam also qualifies you for participation in the iT Advanced Training.
